How long will my print order take?
As you could imagine it is a delicate process printing these photographs out while retaining the high quality. In saying this the team are working extremely hard to have this print arriving at your door as soon as possible. We estimate prints usually take between 5-10 business days and I will personally follow up to see the progress of your print.
Once you have hung this on your wall please make sure to send me a photo or tag @michael.heritage as I’d love to see it!
Can you make a custom print or create content for me?
Absolutely! My passion is for creating unique photos & videos from around the world. I am available to travel interstate & internationally for various projects. Please contact me for more information or visit my portfolio to get a gauge on whether I will suit your project.
How do I print a digital file?
Firstly, how large are you wanting to make this print? My recommendation would be to have it around 80x60cms to keep maximum resolution and quality. However other customers have had great success when printing larger by simply displaying it with a further distance from the human eye (e.g. Standing 2 meters away instead of 1 meter – works really well on a lounge room wall) The easiest way to print these is through an online portal such as Harvey Norman where you simply drag and drop the image, they do the rest! Delivered to your door days later on your material of choice (I personally love an image on glass).
If you have a local printer, either by sending it to their drop box or taking the image in on a USB will allow them to run you through options and usually allows for a more customised experience.

How do I download digital prints?
Once you have proceeded through the checkout on Michael-heritage.com you will receive two emails. One with a payment receipt and the other with a download code. Simply use this code to access the print you have purchased.

How do you edit your photos?
I have just released a preset pack “Coastal Blues” showing you exactly how to recreate the magic in Adobe Lightroom that I have personally used for several years! These can be used on desktop, iPad & Mobile!
